With the murder formula remaining largely the same as in Round 2, every player now has the opportunity to gain revenge or claim ownership of any property now that killing has been enabled.

The only changes to the system is Murder now places a greater emphasis on protection, so it is important to protect your account. When completing crew operations, each level of crew protection earned adds approximately 5% to the number of bullets required. Crew Operations will be available within the next week.

Three of the four detectives are currently operable. Leonid and Svetlana will find any player in any city and also inform you of the players crew protection level. Boris will verify who you think killed another player.

When you witness a kill, you will not be informed of the killers name until you decide if you want to know. You can read the statement, or leave it unread. Either way you can sell it to other players anonymously, but unread statements are likely to receive a higher sale price.
